Our parents rented this place in 1974 and lived here almost for 40 years. Here I learned about light and shadow, the sounds and the silence, spent hours sitting on top of trees.
So many and uncountable memories. In 2013, after our parents passed away, we also had to say goodbye to the house and garden. These photos were taken between 2013 and 2015 when the place was for sale. As the house was loosing it’s identity, nature was taking over.
It’s exactly this way I want to remember the events. As if the house was swallowed by nature.
