Introduction to Photography - Youth from 12-18 years

Regardless of our photographic knowledge, capturing images can focus on specific themes. Alternatively, by creating our own scenarios we can turn photography into a space for leisure and intellectual and aesthetical growth. To help with these tasks, we intend to address some photographic themes.
Contents
The course will focus on different areas of photography, such as street/travel photography, nature photography, macro photography and toy photography. Learning will be mostly practical, adapted to each age group, with a short discussion of the resulting images at the end of each class.
We will also talk about how to use photography responsibly, and the right to privacy. On the last day, we will also talk about the use of online images, portfolio vs social media as a way of disseminating a message.
Requisitos
No prior knowledge / Minimum knowledge
A camera of any model will be necessary, preferably with manual function.
Practical Component
All concepts will be applied in practical classes in the classroom or outdoors within Alvalade.
